Twisted and Shielded thermocouple wire provides a high level of EMI protection. The 2 single wires are individually insulated with FEP/PFA fluoropolymer plastic and twisted together with a bare ground wire. The thermocouple pair and ground wire are wrapped with aluminum mylar tape and covered with an overall jacket of FEP/PFA.
