Type C Thermocouple with Super Fast Response 40 Gage Exposed Junction and 1/8" Diameter Ceramic Alumina Insulator 6 Inches Long with Miniature Plastic Connector

  • The Type C Thermocouple has very fine diameter 40 Gage Wire protected with a 6 inch long 1/8" diameter Ceramic Alumina insulator with a miniature male connector attached.
  • Probe Junction Temperature Operating range 32 to 3400 F (0 to 1870 C). The Alumina Tube melting point is approx. 2000 C 
  • 40 gage (.003 inch) diameter Type C thermocouple wire itself is capable up to 4200 F
  • Positive Wire made of 95% Tungsten, 5% Rhenium and Negative Wire made of 74% Tungsten, 26% Rhenium
  • Exposed thermocouple junction and the Fine Diameter wire provides a  Super Fast temperature measurement response time 
  • The Miniature Male Connector is rated to 400 F (200 C)
