PCB Thermocouple Connectors

PCB Thermocouple Connectors

The Printed Circuit Board Thermocouple Connector or PCB design provide a direct Quick Connect - Disconnect of Thermocouple, RTD or Thermistor sensors directly to the temperature control electronics within the circuit board.

  • Rugged Through-Hole solder connector pins provide direct mounting into your circuit and on the board without the need for addition solder clamps or brackets
    • A mounting hole in the center of the connector body also provides the option for a very heavy duty mount option with a mechanical screw and nut or rivet.
  • Connector Designs include Flat, Side, Vertical or Rear mounting capabilities
    • 2 pin circuit designs are the most popular, a 3 pin circuit design is available for 3 Wire RTDs or to provide a Ground connection to minimize electrical interference
    • 4 Pin design for 2 temperature circuits or a 4 Wire RTD
    • Self Locking connector to prevent accidental disconnection
  • Temperature Operating range - 40 to 400°F (-40 to 200°C)
    • High Temperature Thermoset connector body design is also available for applications requiring temperatures up to 660°F (360°C)
  • Color Coded connector bodies matching ANSI or IEC specifications allow easy visual identification.
    • For example the popular Type K thermocouple connector is Yellow in the ANSI specifications and Green with IEC.
  • Product Filter tool on the  Left can quickly sort the product design required.
