Wire Construction is a proprietary 30 Gage solid parallel construction with 900°F (482°C) rated fiberglass insulation on the inner wires and outside jacket. diameter of nominal .037" x .050".
- Fiberglass braided wire utilized in a wet or extreme humidty environment can potential cause significat temperature measurement error due to shorting of the circuit.

Instrument Connection is a miniature male flat pin thermocouple connectors with a silcone rubber strain relief.
- The plastic connector body has a temperature range of -40 to 400°F (-40 to 200°C) although it can accurately transfer the full range of Type K thermocouples.
