Type E Surface Thermocouple Adhesive Patch Design with 30 Gage Wire Leads and Miniature Male Flat Pin Connector

• Temperature Operating range is -90 to 500°F (-70 to 260°C)
• Surface Patch is 1" long x 3/4" (.750") Wide x .012 Thick Polyimide Fiberglass Reinforced Patch with a Silicone Adhesive for easy surface mounting.
  • Patch size can be customized by our manufacturing team or trimmed in the field.
• SLE Accuracy thermocouple wire with a Flattened Bead design encased in Self Adhesive Polyimide Tape providing good accuracy along fast response and easy surface mounting. 
• Alloy Composition: Positive nickel-chromium (NiCr) wire and a negative constantan (copper-nickel) wire.
• Wire Leads are rated to 500°F (260°C), and have a 30 Gage Solid (0.010 diameter) construction with individually PFA insulated wires and outside jacket. The overall outside diameter is a nominal .024" x .040".
• Color Code is ANSI - Purple positive wire and Red negative wire with a clear overall jacket 
• Instrument Connection is a Type E miniature male flat pin connector rated to 400°F (200°C)
