Exposed Thermocouple

An Exposed Thermocouple junction - tip provides a faster temperature response than a grounded or ungrounded probe design since the welded thermocouple wires are directly exposed to the measurement environment. 

• Exposed Thermocouple probes made with Bendable MI Cable provide a fast and rugged design along with the use of stainless steel compression fitting to penetrate and seal a metal wall or pipe. 
• Small or Fine Diameter exposed wire thermocouple designs with PFA or Fiberglass insulation provide a flexible design and pin point placement.
• Ceramic Insulator designs provide the opportunity to utilize the high and low temperature thermocouple range and eliminate potential a short circuit.
• Bare Wire designs allow the highest and lowest temperatures of the exposed wire designs
