RTD Extension Cable 3-Wire Twisted Shielded Design - 24 Gage Stranded with FEP Insulation

  • Temperature Range -450°F to 400°F (-268 to 200°C)
  • Bare Wire conductors are 24 Gage stranded Nickel Plated Copper wire in a 7/32 construction (7 strands of 32 Gage .008" (0.20 mm) diameter.
  • Twisted Wire design provides good strength, along with reducing the potential of electromagnetic interference (EMI) from electrical power generation and other devices.
  • Aluminum Mylar shielding is wrapped over the 3 internal FEP insulated wires with the bare ground wire is in contact with shield to provide additional grounding options
  • Grounding wire is tin-plated copper 24 gage Stranded design
  • FEP insulation on the 3 individual thermocouple wires and the outside jacket with a maximum temperature range of 400°F (200°C)
    • Nominal Outside jacket is approx. 0.133" (3.3 mm) diameter
  • Color Coding - internal wires is 2 Red and 1 White with a White Overall jacket.
  • Standard Lengths of 25, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 feet.
    • Custom Lengths are available upon request 
  • Utilized with RTD (Resistance Temperature Detectors) and Thermistor Temperature Sensors, along with other 3-Wire Instrumentation requirements.
