Cryogenic Surface RTD Sensor 4 Wire Pt100 - Self Adhesive Surface Mount Design with 1 ft and LONGER PFA Insulated Lead Wire and Stripped Ends Termination

  • Temperature Operating Range is -328 to 500°F (-200 to 260°C)
    • Sensor is capable of -328°F below zero (-200°C) although the Elastic capabilities of the adhesive starts to reduce at -100°F (-73°C)  
  • 4 Wire Pt100 (Platinum 100 ohm) with .385 ohm change per °C. Requires 1 m/A or less excitation to limit self heating.
  • Surface Mount patch is 1" Inch (25 mm) Long x .3/4" (.750" or 19 mm) Wide x .008 Thick Polyimide Tape Fiberglass Reinforced Patch with Silicone Adhesive
  • Lead Wire is 1 and LONGER of PFA (Plastic Fluoropolymer) insulated wire with stripped ends
  • Wire Construction is 4 conductors made with 26 Gage Stranded (7/34) nickel plated copper. A twisted design with each conductor insulated with PFA and overall outside jacket of PFA.
    • Overall wire diameter is .096" with the color code of 2 black and 2 red on singles with white overall jacket
  • Instrument Connection is stripped wire ends
