Type K Surface Thermocouple with 40 Gage Micro Diameter Wire and 40 Inches (3.3 ft 1 Meter) of PFA Insulated Wire with Miniature Male Connector

  • The Type K Surface Thermocouple has a 1" long x .750" Wide x .003" Thick Polyimide Tape Patch with Silicone Adhesive and Lead Wires.
  • Temperature Operating range is -90 to 500°F (-70 to 260°C).
    • Sensor is capable of -380°F (-200°C) although the Elastic capabilities of the adhesive starts to reduce at -100°F (-73°C)
  • Highly Accurate SLE grade thermocouple wire with a 40 Gage Micro Bead design encased in self adhesive polyimide tape provides fast response and easy surface mounting. 
  • Bottom Layer Mounting Tape - is .001" thick provides fast response and electrical isolation. The tape transitions to 40 inches (3.3ft or 1 Meter) of PFA (Plastic Fluoropolymer) insulated wire leads
  • Wire is rated to up to 500°F (260°C), it is a 40 Gage Solid construction with a flat parallel design with individually PFA insulated wires and outside jacket. The overall outside diameter is .017" x .022" 
  • Instrument Connection is a Type K miniature male flat pin thermocouple connector with a silicone rubber strain and a temperature range of -40 to 400°F (-40 to 200°C)
    • The connector accurately transfers the full range of Type K thermocouples
