Type K Thermocouple Wire Fiberglass Insulated 24 Gage Stranded Wire with Stainless Steel Overbraid

  • Temperature Range is -328°F to 900°F (-200 to 482°C)
    • The 2 bare wires are made from Highly Accurate SLE Thermocouple Grade wire with a solid construction. Each Bare Wire is .020" Diameter.
    • The best accuracy Type K typically can achieve between 32 to -328°F (0 to -200°C) is Standard Limits of Error (±) 2.2°C or (±) 2% whichever is greater
  • Stranded Bare Wire -each of 2 bare wires are an overall diameter of .024" with a 7/32 construction (7 strands of 32 gage, with each of these 7 wires measuring (.008") diameter)
    • Provides and excellent combination of flexibility and strength
  • Wire Construction is a parallel design with each conductor insulated with fiberglass and an overall jacket with a protective stainless steel braid jacket
  • Color Code - is ANSI (American National Standards Institute) a Yellow positive (nickel chrome) and Red negative (nickel aluminum) with a Brown overall jacket
    • Overall wire jacket dimension of .078" x .104"
  • Available Lengths are 25, 50, 100, 200 and 500, 1000 foot continuous.
