2-Wire RTD temperature sensors are commonly used in shorter distance measurements as compared to the 3 and 4-wire designs or where the electronic circuit is designed for a 2 wire input.
The resistance of the lead wires are not eliminated in a 2 wire design and can result less accuracy as compared to the 3 and 4 wire designs. The Evosensors designs utilize high-quality lead wires and connectors to reduce the potential error.
