Pt1000 Surface Mounted RTD Temperature Sensor with Miniature Steel Threaded Fitting and Stripped Wire Leads

  • RTD Sensor has a 1/4" Steel Hex fitting with a #8-32 UNC 2A .297" (7.5.mm) long Threaded Stud. The fitting transitions to PFA insulated lead wire with stripped ends.
  • Temperature Operating range is -90 to 500°F (-70 to 260°C)
  • Pt1000 (Platinum 1000 Ohm) Class A Thin Film Element encased in the Stainless Steel Fitting and secured with a high temperature epoxy.
  • Lead Wire - 12 inches (1ft) or more of PFA (Plastic Fluoropolymer) insulated wire with stripped leads is provided for the connection to display or control instrumentation. 
  • Wire Construction a 3-conductor of 26 Gage Stranded (7/34) nickel plated copper. Each conductor is insulated with 500°F (260°F) rated PFA and twisted with an overall PFA jacket.
    • Outside wire diameter is approx. .085".
    • Color Code is 2 black and 1 red with a white overall jacket
