Type U Standard Size Three Pin Female Thermocouple Connector

• Temperature Operating range -40 to 400°F (-40 to 200°C).
• 3 Pin Type U connectors are typically utilized with 3 Wire RTD temperature sensors, although also can be used with Type B thermocouples requiring a ground and other applications where there is a minimal temperature differential at the connector.
• Female Pins made copper and are polarized with a larger width negative round pin and smaller diameter positive pin to ensure proper connection. The Third Pin can provides a reduction of electrical interference to thermocouple signals through grounding options. 
• Terminal Contact washer provides an easy to use although secure thermocouple wire connection point. A molded internal barrier prevents short circuits.
• Stainless Steel screws with a combination head design accepting both slotted and phillips head screwdrivers. The captive design with the connector cap screws provide ease of assembly and eliminates the frustration of dropping or losing screws.  
• The connector body dimensions are 1.37" (35 mm) long by 1.43” (36.5 mm) wide by .500 (12.8 mm) thick.
