Type K Surface Thermocouple with Self Adhesive Mounting Patch and 10ft (120 inches) of 30 Gage PFA Insulated Wire with Miniature Connector

  • Temperature Range is -90 to 500°F (-70 to 260 C)
  • Flat Weld Bead and High Accuracy SLE thermocouple grade lead wire provides a fast and accurate response within 1°C to 2°C.
  • Surface Patch is 1" long x .750" Wide x .012 Thick.
    • Top layer of the patch is Teflon™ PTFE Coated Fiberglass Tape ensuring thermal insulation. The bottom layer is Kapton® Polyimide resulting in good heat transfer and electrical insulation. 
    • Silicone Adhesive on the bottom layer is not an “high tack” adhesive and provides a clean release removal. Adhesion is 25 (oz/in.) per ASTM-D-1000
  • Lead Wire is 120 inches (10ft or 3 Meters) of 30 Gage Solid in a paralled construction with 2 individually PFA (Plastic Fluoropolymer) insulated wires and outside jacket rated to 500°F (260°C).
    • Outside jacket diameter is .022" x .038".
  • Instrument Connection - miniature flat pin male thermocouple connector with the plastic body rated from -40 to 400°F (-40 to 200°C). The connector can accurately transfer the full range of Type K Thermocouples
