High Temperature Ceramic Fiber Braid Insulated Thermocouple with Type K 20 Gage Wire and Miniature Male Connector

  • Type K thermocouple made from High Accuracy (SLE - Special Limits of Error) and Rugged 20 gage thermocouple wire and protected with a hig temperature fiberglass insulation.
  • Exposed Welded bead design fast temperature response. The bead diameter is .060" inches (1.5 mm) 
  • Temperature Operating range is -328°F to 2,200°F (-200 to 1205°C).
  • Lead Wires are 1 ft and LONGER rugged 20 gage diameter solid in a 2 wire parallel design and individually insulated with ceramic fiber braid along with a ceramic jacket.

  • Wire Construction - 2 wire parallel design, each of the 2 bare wires are 20 gage solid .032" Inches (0.8 mm) diameter.
    • The bare wires are individually insulated with ceramic braid. These 2 insulated wire are encased in another jacket of ceramic braid jacket.
    • Overall jacket is approx: .090" x .140"
  • Instrumentation Connection - miniature male flat pin thermocouple connector
    • The plastic connector body is and rated to 400°F (200°C) and ceramic connector body is rated 1200°F (650°C). Both designs can accurately transfer the full range of Type K thermocouples.
