Type B Twisted Shielded 24 Gage Solid Thermocouple Wire FEP Insulated with Tin Plated Copper Ground Wire

  • The wire is a Thermocouple Compensating Alloy and not the expensive precious metal platinum rhodium materials.
  • Designed to Minimize Electrical Interference to the thermocouple signal.
  • 24 Gage (.020") solid thermocouple wire with a Twisted construction.
    • Aluminum Mylar shielding is wrapped over the 2 internal FEP insulated wires.
    • Bare ground wire is in contact with shield to provide additional grounding options
    • FEP insulation on the 2 individual thermocouple wires and the outside jacket a maximum temperature range of 400°F (260°C) rating with an approx. 0.098" overall dimension
  • Bare Grounding wire is tin plated copper 24 gage stranded design made up of
    7 strands of 32 gage bare wire twisted to create (.024") diameter.
  • ANSI color code with a Gray on the Copper Positive wire and Red on the
    Copper Negative wire with and overall Gray Outside Jacket
  • Available Lengths are 25, 50, 100, 200 and 500, 1000 foot continuous.
