RTD Probe with Sanitary Polypropylene Connection Head and 4-20 mA Transmitter - Spring Loaded 9 Inch Long 1/4" Diameter Stainless Steel Sheath with 1/2 NPT Fitting
  • Temperature Operating range is -90 to 500°F (-70 to 260°C)
  • Pt100 (Platinum 100 Ohm) 3-wire Class A accuracy temperature sensing element in a 316 Stainless Steel sheath backed filled with compacted high purity mineral insulation.
  • 4-20 mA Transmitter in the connection head converts the RTD probe signal for PLC and other instrumentation controllers. The transmitter is wireless NFC (Near Field Communication) programmable with a Smart phone of tablet. 
  • Probe Transitions to a 1/2" NPT Fitting and a FDA Approved Polypropylene Screw Top Head with an IP68 rating, providing a very quick although secure access to connect the instrumentation lead wire to the internal sensor ceramic terminal block or to the in-head transmitter.
  • FDA Approved Polypropylene Screw Top Head rated to 200°F (93°C)
  • Spring Loaded design provides the ability to Compress the 9 Inch Long Probe to 8.5" Inches. Ensuring the probe is in contact with bottom of the protection thermowell or other process measurement surface.
