Type C Extension Grade Thermocouple Wire - 24 Gage Solid with PFA Insulation

  • Type C, Extension Grade Thermocouple Wire, 24 AWG Solid (0.201") Diameter with PFA (Plastic Fluoropolymer) Insulation.
  • Available Lengths are 25, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 foot continuous.
  • Wire is designed to carry the signal of the Extreme High Temperature Tungsten Rhenium thermocouple sensors
  • Temperature Rating 400°F (200°C)
    • Bare Wire follows thermocouple curve to within ± 0.110 millivolts from 32°F to 1600°F.
    • If the extension wire is exposed to temperatures over 400°F (200°C) the transfer error could be more than 0.100 millivolts tolerance.
  • Bare Wire singles have 0.008" thick PFA insulation colored Red for the Negative wire and White for the Positive wire.
  • The wire is a parallel design with a 0.010" White colored PFA overall jacket. The finished diameter is approx. 0.056" x 0.092"
