Type K Thermocouple Probe 6 Inch Long 1/4" Diameter Stainless Steel Sheath  Ungrounded with a Standard Size Male Round Pin Connector

  • Temperature Range is -328 to 2100°F (-200 to 1150°C)
    • The best accuracy Type K typically can achieve between 32 to -328°F (0 to -200°C) is Standard Limits of Error (±) 2.2°C or (±) 2% whichever is greater”
    • Upper Temperature Limit recommended by ASTM and IEC for a 1/4" diameter Type K sheathed thermocouple probe is approximately 2100°F (1150°C).
  • Ungrounded Design the thermocouple junction is isolated from the sheath to minimize potential signal interference from electrical noise. 
  • Stainless Steel sheath with highly compacted mineral insulated metal sheath cable.
    • MI Cable design provides the ability to form or bend the probe to a radius equal to 2.5 time the sheath diameter without causing any damage to the temperature sensing capabilities or integrity of the metal sheath.
  • Instrument Connection is a standard size round pin male connector with the thermoplastic connector body rated from -40 to 400°F (-40 to 200°C)
    • The connector can accurately transfer the full range of Type K thermocouples.
