Ceramic Coated Exposed Junction High Temperature Ceramic Fiber Insulated Thermocouple with 20 Gage Solid Wire Leads and Stripped Ends

  • Type K thermocouple made from High Accuracy (SLE - Special Limits of Error) and Rugged 20 gage thermocouple wire and protected with a high temperature  ceramic braid fiber insulation.
  • Ceramic Coated Exposed Welded bead design fast temperature response. The bare wire bead diameter is .060" inches (1.5mm). The ceramic cement will increase this diameter 
  • Temperature Operating range is -328°F to 2,200°F (0 to 1205°C).
    • Type K thermocouples can measure down to -328°F below zero (-200°C) although the best accuracy it can achieve between 32 to -328°F (0 to -200°C) is (±) 2.2°C or (±) 2% which ever is greater
  • Lead Wires are 1 ft and Longer rugged 20 gage diameter solid in a 2 wire parallel design and individually insulated with ceramic fiber braid along with a ceramic jacket.

  • Wire Construction - 2 wire parallel design, each of the 2 bare wires are 20 gage solid .032" Inches (0.8 mm) diameter.
    • The bare wires are individually insulated with ceramic braid. These 2 insulated wire are encased in another jacket of ceramic braid jacket.
