Type K Thermocouple Wire Stainless Steel Braid over Fiberglass Insulation -
24 Gage (.020) Solid Bare Wire

  • Temperature Range is -328°F to 900°F (-200 to 482°C)
    • The 2 bare wires are made from Highly Accurate SLE Thermocouple Grade wire with a solid construction. Each Bare Wire is .020" Diameter.
    • The best accuracy Type K typically can achieve between 32 to -328°F (0 to -200°C) is Standard Limits of Error (±) 2.2°C or (±) 2% whichever is greater
  • Stainless Steel Overbraid on Fiberglass insulated individual wires and outside jacket 
    • The individual wires and jacket has a 900°F (480°C) rated braided Fiberglass insulation.
    • The overall wire diameter with the stainless steel braided jacket is .078" x  .104"
  • ANSI Color Coded with yellow on the positive nickel chrome wire and Red on the nickel aluminum alloy Negative Wire. The fiberglass jacket is Brown
