  • Temperature Range 32 F to 850°F (0 to 454°C)
  • Provides probe penetration to determine internal temperatures during Curing, Cooking and Freezing Processes
  • Instrumentation Connection is a miniature male flat pin thermocouple connectors design with for Quick Connect and Disconnect to the Instrumentation or Extension Cable assembly.
    • Connector body is capable of operating in a range -40 to 400°F (-40 to 200°C) and can accurately transfer the full temperature range of Type K thermocouples
