Surface Patch RTD Temperature Sensor - Self Adhesive Design with Male and Female 3 Pin Connectors Attached

  • The Surface Patch RTD Temperature Sensor has a Pt100 (Platinum 100 Ohm) 3-Wire Design with a Class A element encased in a self-adhesive polyimide tape for fast and easy mounting.
  • The Temperature Operating Range is -90 to 500 F (-70 to 260 C) 
  • The 40 Inches (3 ft or 1 meter) of Lead Wire has a Male and Female 3 Pin Connectors attached. 
  • The connectors and strain relief have a maximum temperature rating of 400 F (200 C)
  • The Surface Mount Patch is 1" (25 mm) Long x .750" (19 mm) Wide x .008 Thick Polyimide Tape Fiberglass Reinforced Patch with Silicone Adhesive.
  • The tape section of the sensor transitions to 40 inches of PFA (Plastic Fluoropolymer) Insulated Wire. The wire is rated to 500 F (260 C) and it is a 3-conductor 26 Gage Stranded (7/34) construction with an overall outside nominal diameter of .072".
  • The design provides accurate and fast surface temperature along with electrical interference immunity for applications in Refrigeration - HVAC Power Generation, Aerospace, Industrial Automation, Power Electronics, and many other industries.
